International specialties, home-made dishes influenced by European cuisine and a main focus on cooking with love – that’s what our chef Harald Bojer lives by. The base for our culinary experience lays in our products: local farmers, seasonal cooking and grandma’s vegetable garden are only a few aspects of that. Starting the day perfectly with our breakfast buffet, snacking during breaks, freshly themed buffets, menus or gala dinners for your events – everything is possible. A small hint: enjoy your meal in the great atmosphere of our winter garden – lunch with mountain view and dinner under the stars.
Our friendly personnel will respond to your individual requests with pleasure. Allergies and intolerances, as well as special diets will be considered.
- Breakfast buffet (7 - 11 am) with grillstation, freshly cooked egg dishes, juicer, bio products, juice bar and served coffee
- 3 o’clock tea time a la Moselebauer (3 to 5pm): amongst other delicious dishes: pasta station, grandma’s soup kitchen as well as cold and warm, regional dishes.
- Wine o’clock (also 3 to 5 pm) with complimentary house wines (red and white).
- Dinner: 4 course menu with grandma’s salad buffet, on weekends themed buffets
